Basic Leader Position Specific
Provides a leader the knowledge and skills needed for their specific position.  Leader Training goes into greater detail on youth development and boy behavior, program planning, activities, and the purposes of the program.

Leader Specific Training is available for the following positions:

• Cubmaster & Assistant Cubmaster
• Den Leader & Assistant Den Leader
• Webelos Leader & Assistant Webelos Leader
• Pack Committee
• Pack Trainer

To complete the Webelos Leader Training leaders will need to take Outdoor Leader Skills Weekend 1. It is the Carroll District Training Team recommendation that you take Weekend 1 & 2 to complete the Practical requirements for Assistant Scoutmaster Training that you would need to be a Boy Scout Leader.

Check-in will start at 8:30 am - Please bring a pen or pencil, paper for notes, and lots of ENTHUSIASM!  Wear your Uniform
