Significant changes from the previous version of this page are noted below.
This is the form needed to nominate someone for 2008 Carroll District Scouter of the Year. Note that there are two pages with instructions on the second page. Forms are due back to Doug Hirth by 13 May. Winners are announced at the Carroll District Scouter Appreciation Dinner in June.
Program specific youth application forms for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venture Scouts, and Varsity Scouts have been discontinued. All BSA programs now use the same application form to register youth. Each link below leads to that single form.
The Online Application Assistant has replaced by new resources under the MyBSA section of www.scouting.org.
