This is America's oldest Memorial Day parade and Ceremonies.

All Packs, Troops, and Crews are urged to participate.  This is a Carroll County tradition and Scouting is an active part of the parade.

The ceremonies begin with a parade that forms at 9:00 AM on Monroe Street near West Middle School and St. John's Catholic Church.  The parade will step off at 10:00 AM.  The length of the program is approximately 1 hour.
