Please join us as we gather to celebrate the outstanding contributions of ALL adult leaders at the annual Carroll District Recognition Dinner. This is a night set aside to honor and thank every leader for the countless hours and numerous projects and activities that he or she has spent working with and guiding our Scouts.

The evening will include committee recognitions, District Award of Merit, District Chairmans’ Award, the James E. West Award and the Carroll Scouters of the Year will be given to deserving Scouters of Carroll County. We will also have the inductions of our new Executive Board.
