Baltimore Area Council Recognition Dinner
Each year the Baltimore Area Council pays tribute to many of the special volunteers that make the Scouting program a success at a Council Recognition Dinner. At this event, the Silver Beaver Award is presented to adults selected by their volunteer peers. The Council also invites and recognizes that year's Eagle Class as special guests.
