These are the three senior leaders in Carroll District. Their primary responsibility is helping all the other volunteers in our district succeed at making scouting a great program for our scouts. If you don't know who to call or where to turn, call one of these folks. They can help.

District Commissioners are the folks who provide direct district support to individual scouting units of all types.
The District Committee is made up of volunteers who fill the various administrative positions in our district.
These are leaders who, with the support of many great volunteers, plan and conduct the District's training events. The staff is listed on the Training Page along with the latest information on both upcoming and general training opportunities.
Unit Leaders are the primary leaders and contact people in each scouting unit. This file includes contact information for the two primary contact people in each Carroll unit.
Some, but not all, of Carroll's scouting units have web sites of their own. We list those units and link to their sites on the Unit Web Sites Page.
The Venturing Page contains only a POC list for Venturing, which is out of date. We are working to update the page and contact list and will make an announcement when it is properly revised.
Merit Badge Counselors are volunteers with specialized skills needed to help Boy Scouts earn specific merit badges. Merit Badge Counselor contact information is listed on the Advancements Page. Click the link to go there.
