Please use the Carroll District Eagle Notebook Checklist to help in preparing your Eagle Notebook for review.  You may also download this checklist in MS Word format.

COPY of Eagle Application (do not put in ORIGINAL – this goes to BAC)      
Requirement 6 from Eagle Application (read carefully and answer completely)      
Comprehensive Overall Project Report – compiled from your Daily Log.
This report should start with how you conceived the project idea, walk reader through your plans, who you met with, project work, dates, and conclusion (what you learned, how you felt about your leadership).		      
National BSA Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project Workbook
Including all signatures		      
Proposed Eagle Project Plans Eagle Approval Person initialed      
Any additional plans/drawings      
Permit (if needed)      
Daily Log which has seprate recordings of your hours and other peoples hours      
Flyers/ handouts requesting workers (if verbal, record it)      
Income and Expense Report (all monies must be accounted for)      
Receipts/checks to suport your income/expense report      
Thank you letters, notes to helpers and donaters.      
Photos (before and after)      
Letter from benefiting organization saying project is completed
